My name is Claire Rumore, and one day in the spring of 2000 I realized that my name, when translated, means “Clearing the Noise.”

My first name, "Claire," is a French word for "clear" and my last name, "Rumore," is an Italian word for "noise." When I put the meanings together -- voila! Clearing the Noise was born. And I discovered a life purpose of mine that had been encrypted in my name ever since birth.

What became clear to me is that "clearing the noise” is exactly what I do -- helping people turn down the volume of the distracting voices and static inside the head so that we can return to our authentic nature of love, simplicity, and well-being.

Simply stated, I can help you with clearing the "noise" of self-doubt, frustration, and resistance you've been (subconsciously) harboring in your life and anchoring in your interiors. I can help you clear the "noise" of words like “should,” “must,” and “have to” from your personal language and self-talk. And I can teach you to clear the "noise" of impositions from family and society that you may have subconsciously caged yourself in. Together we will make Space –inner and out—for your own Soul’s Truth.

Our Soul always speaks Our Truth to us!

When we clear the noise, Our Truth can be heard.

Clearing the Noise is what we’re here to do in one form or another - for ourselves and for each other.

Doing the inner clearing work --both inside ourselves as well as inside our homes-- and "clearing the noise" that has distracted, demoralized and disempowered us creates a powerful, natural serenity in which peace can flourish.

Inside a space of peace there is room for forgiveness, harmony, and tranquility as well as creativity, humility and a commitment to the well-being of self and others.

In a world that seems to become increasingly "noisier," filled with competition, ambition, and an endless amount of STUFF, what a gift we become to the human family when we turn down our inner volume, simplify our lives, and allow ourselves to become channels and transmitters of infinite well-being.

By clearing the noise together, we will align your body, mind and spirit to create space for Soul!
